What happens when
the phones arrive?

The phones arrive set up, but we are at hand during office hours to answer your questions and provide support – helping you add features, configure settings or anything else you may need. For a fee the phones can even be pre-programmed with all your settings before being shipped out.


How do you handle
any issue we have?

Our servers are spread out geographically to keep you up and running even if there’s a problem at one site. IP phones are a self-contained device, which means there’s no extra networking hardware to go wrong – and since the system’s hosted in the cloud, support issues can usually be fixed remotely, getting you up and running as quickly as possible.
